One of the keys to a successful business is to create something of value. And value is a subjective unit of measurement that people assign to something based on the satisfaction of their own needs. So, if you want to create a real value proposition, you should start your pre-incubation process with a Human-Centered approach and ask: what’s needed out there?

ORGANIZATION: What are my strengths?

At this stage of pre-incubation the best you can ask about your organization is about yourself and your own capabilities and strengths. This can get very personal. Bottom line: what are you good at?

PEOPLE: What do I want to accomplish?

Resilience is an important part of entrepreneurship, crucial to deal with the hard times of your startup. You need a clear vision and a strong personal mission. What will be your contribution to society? What will the world miss if you don’t succeed?
