After developing their value proposition in MassChallenge batch 2017, Tierra de Monte hired us for a negotiation workshop with their sales force. The Art of Negotiation is about establishing and understanding the BATNA (Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement) using creativity, out-of-the-box variables, and a collaboration/gamification mindset to reach the best alternative to close deals.
